Optomechanical Switches
The Codec Terminals from Commander™ Line are only compatible with Embedded or Hot-Swap Optomechanical Switches WITHOUT Electrical Contacts, for a 14 x 14 x 1.2 mm doorway (hole) and 1.2 to 2.5 mm stem travel. NOTE: Classic MX-style switches with electrical contacts ARE NOT COMPATIBLE, as we use optical sensors to avoid maintenance due to damaged, worn or rusty contacts, and to detect keystrokes almost instantly (>0.3 ms), eliminating the latency added by debouncing, which is crucial for providing a smooth service.
